I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a DSA supplier. They were very quick to upgrade me and quote me for my upgrade. The company is very fast and efficient, I never had to wait long for a reply.
The engineer who came to install my equipment was very friendly and helped me use the software as well as the programs. I am really satisfied with the whole experience. I was worried about not being able to use my equipment but i am much more confident as all my questions were answered. Thank you very much Avantek.

I just wanted to say thank you for your help throughout the process of getting the equipment upgraded. It arrived the week before last and everything is proving to be extremely helpful. I had a much better experience with Avantek – they were very quick to respond, follow up and let me know what was happening throughout. I have always found Avantek to be reliable in providing good quality equipment to our students. They offer an onsite installation and onsite warranty service over a student’s course. I personally feel that Avantek are an excellent supplier, who answers the phone when you ring, who provide goods within a reasonable timescale and who provide excellent follow up support if something goes wrong with a machine supplied by them. I have seen from experience that their support is prompt, sympathetic but not patronizing, fast, and on-site, which for a disabled student is essential in my opinion.

I have no hesitation in stating that in the years I have worked in student support dealing with DSA, Avantek, as a major supplier to Oxfordshire students has always and continues to deliver a fantastic service.
